Toni Braxton...Back From Bankruptcy...AGAIN!

Toni Braxton is finally out of bankruptcy. According to TMZ, her 2010 filing, which claimed debts as high as $50,000,000, has finally been resolved -- at a cost to her of $150,000 to wipe the slate clean.

Braxton was supposed to pay $5,000 a month for 15 months, with a final payment of $50,000, which she failed to make. Another issue in the case was payment for an overseas performance after Braxton filed for bankruptcy -- she thought she was entitled to keep the money earned, but the trustee in the case ruled otherwise.

To settle everything, Braxton agreed to pay the $50,000 she owed and $100,000 from the overseas performance.

So...she racks up millions of dollars in debt and then walks away from all of it by paying a few dollars? She'll record a new CD or do another TV show and be able to restart her lifestyle and start racking up the debt again. #WOW!
