it's also child abuse..this minor is not old enough to look after himself. it is clearly abandonment. i don't want to even think about what issues are going through his (the boy) mind!!! these people need to be real in life you cannot have every thing perfect. so the little boy has issues he has been through hell. this coulpe could have easily got the little boy some help...yal this is a fragile human life we are talking about..many tears for rejection. i hope he finds some real parents who will nuture him and most of all love and care for him. these people should not have another option to adopt!!!

You already know i cause they are white let that had been parents they would have went straight to jail do not pass go. Yes i said it this world haven't change it a white world , the laws were made to protect them prejudice is worst now then it was in slavery .

I TOTALLY AGREE. As a DCS employee, this is very hard to digest. Charges that I can think of are: abondment; lack of supervision--this boy was unsupervised and unaccompanied by an adult on a airplane ride across the Atlantic Ocean. This woman is an unfit parent. I ceases to amaze me those who want to adopt, adopt for other reasons other than loving and parenting a child. If the boy did have some emotional issues, there is help out there for her--all she had to do was ask somebody--get counseling for the child that would be paid by her health insurance carrier--insurance I'm sure she would have if she bored the child herself.
