They Shoot'n: On MLK Day at MLK Memorial Park!! #Savages

An event that was supposed to be about non-violence and celebrating the life and work of Martin Luther King, Jr. spiraled out of control Monday afternoon when gunmen opened fire at a park in Miami.

Eight people were shot, including one critically wounded, at Miami's Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park. The shots were fired following the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade which attracts hundreds of people. Police say they have two suspects in custody and have recovered the weapons. There's no word yet on what motivated the shooting. (UPI)
