THE TAX MAN COMETH AGAIN FOR TONI BRAXTON!!!

Add Toni Braxton's name to the IRS's celebrity hit list. The Detroit News reports that Braxton and estranged hubby Keri Lewis have been slapped with a tax lien totaling nearly $400,000. She may be able to pay part of that off if her upcoming Pulse album blows up.

It's not Braxton's first brush with financial disaster. She filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy back in 1998.
