Shannon D. Jackson, 36, was arrested Friday, Sept. 25 for allegedly violating an order of protection.

According to the affidavit filed in Sumner County General Sessions Court, Jackson is accused of using the “poke” option on Facebook to contact a Hendersonville woman, thus violating the terms of the order of protection, which stipulates “no telephoning, contacting or otherwise communicating with the petitioner.”

Poking is a feature unique to Facebook that conveys no other message but informing a user they have been “poked” by another user.

Jackson declined to comment Thursday afternoon.

A new claim has been filed against Steve McNair's estate for payment of the Cadillac
he co-owned with 20-year-old Sahel Kazemi.

The Old Hickory Credit is asking for $43,000 from the estate for outstanding payments, attorneys fees and towing and storage for the Escalade. The car was in both their names and was registered to the Jefferson Street address where the former Tennessee Titans quarterback had opened a restaurant just months before his death.

We've gotten the official confirmation -- Mariah Carey is pregnant. According to a person close to Mariah, the platinum selling artist and her husband Nick Cannon are expecting their first child together.

The couple has been trying for nearly a year to have a child and they've finally made it work. But don't expect an announcement anytime soon. The insider explained, "Mariah is superstitious, and she doesn't want to talk about the pregnancy until she's a lot further along."

Even so, you have to offer your congratulations to the couple, and I'm sure they're both very excited. Mariah gets to have a baby . . . and Nick can be that stay-at-home dad that he's always wanted to be ~~Whomp Whomp!!

DRAKE DROPPING MORE MIXTAPES UNTIL NEW ALBUM

With his debut disc Thank Me Later not due until next year, Drake says he'll likely release a few more mixtapes in the meantime. He tells M-T-V, "I'm working every day, and...I get all the requests like, 'Oh, we can't wait to hear you and Jay[-Z] spit together, and we need another mixtape'... Sometimes you have to listen to them and give them what they want. So, that's my goal."

Drake says of his forthcoming debut, "It's going to be a very interesting record because I'm really going to have to dig deep and tell stories that people can relate to. But it's kind of hard, because my life is at a very different place now."
