Stephanie Haynesworth and Albert Haynesworth - DIVORCE! Round 2

Albert Haynesworth's wife is asking a Tennessee judge to force the Washington defensive tackle to pay up their debts going back to April 2008 and also wants a restraining order as part of their divorce case.

The motion filed Sept. 17 had been scheduled for a hearing Tuesday in Williamson County Chancery Court. The motion was continued until Oct. 13. Stephanie Haynesworth charges Haynesworth recently threatened to stop paying temporary support that she received only during June, July, August and September of this year. The motion alleges he also told their daughter's preschool he would not be paying her monthly tuition and refused to pay an approximately $4,000 veterinarian's bill for the family dog — a charge Haynesworth authorized.

Haynesworth signed a seven-year, $100 million contract with Washington in the offseason. The Redskins said Monday that Haynesworth was in Tennessee for an MRI on a sore hip and personal business.

Attorney Joanie Abernathy, who is representing Stephanie Haynesworth, did not immediately return a message left at her office.

METRO COP INDICTED FOR SMUGGLING GUNS!

Five men, including a former Metro police officer, have been indicted in connection with an overseas gun smuggling scheme. According to an indictment made public Tuesday, the men conspired to buy semiautomatic pistols, revolvers and ammunition from Middle Tennessee gun dealers and ship them to Guatemala, where they were distributed to members of two South American drug cartels.

The Metro police officer indicted, Edwing Ronal Morales, 32, had been on the job two years and had a clean discipline record. Morales was a patrol officer assigned to Metro's North Precinct when the guns were allegedly bought and shipped to Latin America. Police Chief Ronal Serpas said Morales was fired Sept. 15, after the department learned of his alleged involvement.

GALLATIN TEACHER FOUND GUILTY OF RAPING STUDENT

The jury in the Sandra Binkley trial reached a verdict Tuesday evening. They found Binkley to be guilty of two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure. The two convictions stem back to an incident in the Portland High School volleyball office in March of 2008. Binkley claimed a 17-year-old student raped her, but he claimed the sex was consensual.

Prosecutors showed that Binkley continued to text the victim months after the alleged rape, even buying him presents. She was found not guilty of seven other counts. A judge will decide her sentence. Binkley faces up to 3 to 12 years in prison.

REVEREND AL AND LISA RAYE A COUPLE??

The Reverend Al Sharpton isn't confirming or denying reports of a romance with actress Lisa Raye. A rep for Sharpton's National Action Network tells us, "Since Reverend Sharpton formally announced the end of his marriage [to Kathy Jordan] in 2004, he has constantly been connected in the media to any number of people. He chooses not to comment on any of these speculative reports." Lisa Raye -- who went through a very messy divorce from Turks and Caicos prime minister Michael Missick last year -- was at Al's side when he guest hosted the W-W-E earlier this week. And according to Bossip.com, two were also spotted "holding hands and coupled up something serious" at Roland Martin's recent Congressional Black Caucus party in Washington, D-C.

NAS PLEADS FOR AN END TO THE TEEN VIOLENCE

Nas is trying to quell teen violence in the wake of the beating death of a high school honor student in Chicago last week. He writes on GlobalGrind.com, "Dear young warriors fighting the wrong war! I know that feeling, that frustration with life and needing to take it out on someone, anyone. But...we choose the dumbest things to go the hardest for.... This movie left the theaters years ago -- Juice, Menace [2 Society], Boys N the Hood, Blood n Blood Out, Belly!...May the soul of this young person find peace with the almighty. I'm with you, young warriors... But trust me, you are fighting the wrong war." 16-year-old Derrion Albert was walking home from school Thursday when he was beaten to death in a fight between two rival groups outside a community center. Four teens were charged in the slaying earlier this week.
