Doctors said 33-year-old Lawrenceburg native Mitizi Littrell died after a week-long illness. Littrell, who worked as a teaching assistant in the computer lab at Ingram Sowell Elementary School, became ill last week. Doctors at first thought she was suffering from a sinus-related problem. She was hospitalized Friday after passing out. She was taken to Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Littrell was put into a drug induced coma, and given experimental treatments.
WHITNEY HOUSTON: The Movie?
A Whitney Houston bio-pic is in the works, with Saved by the Bell star Lark Voorhies as a possible star. Bossip.com reports that Voorhies has been in talks with Houston's mentor, J Records head Clive Davis, about the role. The film has been confirmed to start shooting in 2010 and is scheduled to be in theaters in 2011. Producers are also casting to find a younger Whitney and a pre-teen Whitney. Jay-Z's The Blueprint Three disc is the nation's number-one album this week on sales of 476-thousand copies, according to the latest SoundScan figures. (The Blueprint Collectors' Edition debuts at number-30.) Whitney Houston's I Look to You slips from the top spot to number-three. Wu-Tang Clan member Raekwon's new solo effort, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, enters at number-four, selling 68-thousand copies its first week out. Ready from Trey Songz slips to number-six, and Black Summer's Magic from Maxwell slides two spots to number-17. And after debuting last week at number-eight, Pitbull's Rebellution drops to number-24.

ONE DRUG ARREST MADE EVERY 18 SECONDS
According to a new report from the FBI, someone is arrested in the United States for a drug-law violation every 18 seconds. More than four-fifths of those arrests were for possession only -- and nearly half were for possession of marijuana. Of the nearly 850,000 marijuana arrests last year -- one every 37 seconds -- 89 percent were for possession alone. Source: FBI.gov
