Police believe Bender forced his way into a 23-year-old victim's Tulip Grove Road apartment early Tuesday morning - after knocking at the door.
Woman's Head Grazed By Bullet Police said Bender fired two shots, one of which grazed the victim in the face. The victim has since been released from the hospital. Bender is now wanted for attempted murder, especially aggravated burglary and gun charges. Anyone who knows where Bender can be found should call 74-CRIME.

It's a national event to raise awareness that heart disease is the number one killer of women.
Cardiovascular disease kills more women than the next five causes of death combined, including all forms of cancer.
On Friday evening, several buildings around Nashville will go red. The State Capitol, NES Dome, American General Life & Accident Building, Sudekum Planetarium at Adventure Science Center, and the Parthenon will all swap their regular exterior lights out for red ones.

TOP STORIES:
"Two bombs hit Pakistan city, 25 dead"

*KARACHI, Pakistan -- Two bombs targeting Shiite Muslims exploded in Pakistan's largest city Friday, one outside a hospital treating victims from the first blast hours earlier. At least 25 people were killed and around 100 others wounded.
Police appealed for calm following the strikes in the chaotic city of 16 million people. Karachi has a history of religious violence between Shiite and Sunni Muslims, and has been tense in recent weeks due to deadly clashes between rival political parties.
In late December, a bomb in the southern port city killed 44 Shiites attending a procession to mark Ashura, the anniversary of the death of revered Shiite figure Imam Hussein, sparking deadly riots. Friday's blasts coincided with Arbaeen, the final day of the annual 40-day mourning period for Hussein.
One of Pakistan's many al-Qaida linked Sunni extremist groups will be suspected in the twin attacks.

" East Coast Braces for Heavy Snow "

*People throughout the Mid-Atlantic readied snowplows and salt trucks, stayed home from work and stocked up on groceries and other supplies on Friday morning as the region braced for a major winter storm that is expected to dump two feet of snow and potentially paralyze Washington for the second time this season.
Before a single snowflake had even hit the ground, the storm was already causing severe problems up and down the East Coast.
On Thursday evening, Amtrak announced that it had suspended most of its southbound service from Washington for Friday, and a number of airlines began canceling flights out of major cities. Southwest Airlines announced it had canceled “the majority” of its afternoon and evening flights leaving Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington on Friday, and all of its flights from those cities on Saturday. In Virginia, which was expected to take the brunt of the storm, Gov. Robert F. McDonnell declared a state of emergency and warned residents in the storm’s path to prepare emergency kits, stay off roads and brace for outages. The state’s General Assembly called off all floor sessions and committee meetings that were scheduled for Friday, the first time in recent memory that the legislature was shut down because of snow, The Associated Press reported.
Throughout the Washington region, people were lining up at grocery stores Thursday night to do emergency shopping, The Washington Post reported. Some were there to pick up food and supplies to help them get through the storm; others were simply trying to get a jump on their preparations for Super Bowl parties.
The National Weather Service predicted “near-blizzard conditions” and issued a winter storm warning — extending from Friday to late Saturday — that covered a vast bloc of the Mid-Atlantic. But the Southeast was already experiencing a damp precursor late Thursday as the storm began dumping heavy rains. The storm was expected to unleash an intense snowfall on Washington, Maryland and parts of West Virginia and northern Virginia around midday Friday before spreading north to the southern edge of New England late in the day and into Saturday. The storm is expected to do most of its damage in the Mid-Atlantic, dropping between 16 and 24 inches of snow in some areas. Southern New Jersey also might see as much as 18 inches. But the New York City area is likely to be on the outskirts of the storm’s track, which will allow it to escape with only about 3 to 6 inches of powder as the system spirals out to sea, said Carl Erickson, a senior meteorologist at Accuweather.com.
“The further south you go the more snow you’re going to see,” he said. “But 50 or 60 miles north of New York City there may not be a flake.” For the Washington area, the winter warnings carried the unusual prospect of a second major storm in only two months. Just before Christmas, a massive storm crippled the city and its suburbs when it dropped a foot and a half of snow. That was followed by a minor storm on Jan. 30 that brought just over six inches of powder. This week’s storm, Mr. Erickson said, will be more comparable to the one that struck just before Christmas.

"Robinson 'has cleared his name' "

*The Northern Ireland Secretary of State has said Peter Robinson "has cleared his name" in relation to allegations surrounding his wife Iris' finances. Shaun Woodward said in an interview the DUP leader had no questions to answer.
Mr Robinson resumed his role as First Minister on Wednesday after stepping aside temporarily earlier this month.
The BBC alleged that Mr Robinson did not report his wife's financial dealings to the authorities despite the obligations of the Ministerial Code. Speaking on the BBC Radio Four's Today programme, Mr Woodward described Mr Robinson as "an outstanding politician". He said: "I think he has cleared his name. I think he has justifiably done so, everyone is entitled to do that. "He is an outstanding politician, just as Martin McGuinness and Gerry Adams and Nigel Dodds have been throughout this process and I'm looking forward to seeing the first minister and deputy first minister moving forward and ensuring that people get what they need in Northern Ireland, which is good government." Formal investigations
The BBC Spotlight programme reported that Iris Robinson obtained £50,000 from two developers to help her teenage lover Kirk McCambley open a cafe business. It said that she broke the law by not declaring her financial interest in a public contract.
It also reported that Mr Robinson did not report her dealings to the relevant authorities, despite being obliged by the ministerial code to act in the public interest at all times. He stepped aside from his role as Northern Ireland First Minister on 11 January, saying he needed to clear his name in light of the allegation made by the programme.
He said he did not have the months or years it would take for the matter to be decided through court action or official inquiries and so quickly sought a barrister's opinion on whether he had broken assembly rules regarding his knowledge of his wife's involvement in the cafe deal.

CELEB DISH:
"BRANDY, FLORIDA: New Couple?"

*Brandy and Flo Rida have reportedly struck up a romance. A source tells In Touch Weekly, "The two arrived together holding hands and having an intimate conversation. They are definitely hooking up." The two also reportedly hung out at the Y-100 concert in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in December and at the Universal Motown Republic Group Grammy bash at the W Los Angeles on January 31st.

"Sheen's SUV Apparently Stolen, Crashed in Ravine"

*Los Angeles police say an SUV belonging to actor Charlie Sheen has been found crashed in a steep ravine near his Sherman Oaks home. Officer Bruce Borihanh says officers got a 911 report at around 4 a.m. Friday that a car was down a cliff off Mulholland Drive. At about the same time, Sheen called to report that his Mercedes Benz SUV had been stolen.
TV reports show the car upside-down about 100 feet down a brush-covered ravine. Borihanh says authorities searched the area on foot and by helicopter but found no one around and no evidence that anybody was in the car when it went over the edge.
He says the case is being treated as an auto theft.

"DRUGS IMPLICATED IN BRITTANY MURPHY DEATH"

*Despite denials from her mother and husband, it turns out that drugs did play a major part in Brittany Murphy's sudden death.
The coroner's report lists pneumonia, anemia and multiple drug intoxication as contributing factors.
Sources tell TMZ the drugs "pushed her over the line" but the underlying problems were the pneumonia and anemia, both serious conditions for which she had not sought medical treatment.

"TIGER LEAVING REHAB?"

*Tiger Woods has reportedly completed his sex addiction rehab and is ready to hit the streets again.
He won't be unsupervised, though. According to Radar Online, the lusty golfer's wife, Elin Nordegren, is flying down to Mississippi to haul him home after a six-week stint.
A family friend says "Tiger and Elin want to be alone...when he leaves the clinic. They are giving their marriage a second try."

"CASEY JOHNSON DIED OF NATURAL CAUSES"

*Foul play was not a factor in the death of heiress -- and Tila Tequila girlfriend -- Casey Johnson. The Los Angeles coroner has determined that the 30-year-old died as a result of severe insulin deficiency related to her diabetic condition. Johnson was hospitalized for diabetic comas at least twice before her death. The report also notes that Johnson's body was in fairly bad shape when found, indicating that she had been deceased for several days.

GOOD NEWS:
" Instant View: Jobless rate falls to 9.7 percent in January"
*NEW YORK (Reuters) - Employers unexpectedly cut 20,000 in January, but the unemployment rate surprisingly fell to a five-month low of 9.7 percent, suggesting some labor market improvement starting to take root.
KEY POINTS: * The Labor Department said the economy shed 150,000 jobs in December, compared to 85,000 previously reported, but November was revised to a gain of 64,000, up from 4,000. Annual benchmark revisions to payrolls data showed the economy has purged 8.4 million jobs since the start of the recession in December 2007. * Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast payrolls gaining 5,000 and the unemployment rate to edge up to 10.1 percent. Median estimates from the top 20 forecasters expected payrolls to be unchanged last month. * A sharp increase in the number of people giving up looking for work helped to depress the jobless rate. The number of 'discouraged job seekers' rose to 1.1 million in January from 734,000 a year ago.

RELATIONSHIPS:
"ASK HIM OUT!"

*"Men find it refreshing when a female asks them out," says Rhonda Findling, psychotherapist and author of The Dating Cure. And, making the first move is also empowering for women. Here are some tips for how to ask him out ...
1. Buy Him A Drink
If a guy catches your eye while you're out with friends, send over a beer. Obviously, this lets him know that you're interested -- and it also forces him to make the next move and come over and say thank you.
2. Suggest A Guy-Friendly Outing
Once you get an idea of the kinds of activities he's into, then casually suggest something similar -- like going to the batting cages or out for beer and wings ... for the following weekend.
3. Invite Him On A Group Date
If you can't quite bring yourself to suggest a date, try inviting him out with a bunch of your friends, which will make you feel more comfortable.
4. Give Him The Green Light
If you just can't get up the nerve to ask him out, then give him a nudge to ask you. Say something like, "Have you heard about this new movie? I've been dying to see it." It will give him the green light to suggest you see it together.
QUESTION:Are you good at asking guys out? What's your technique? Have you NEVER asked a guy out? What's stopping you?

HEALTHY MATTERS:
"Breathing Better In Your Home"

*Most of us enjoy breathing sweet, clean air. But for the many people who suffer from allergies and respiratory problems, clean air is a necessity, not an indulgence. Fortunately, homeowners these days have a wide range of options that can help them breathe more easily and comfortably in the home. The traditional furnace air filter isn't designed to clean air much at all. Its only function is to keep large particles like hair and debris from damaging the furnace blower. These large particles are rarely the source of human breathing difficulty. The main advantage of traditional filters is that they provide low-cost protection to the heating and cooling equipment. But beware, if you don't change these furnace filters every month or two, they will become clogged and eventually drastically reduce your furnace's air supply. At the very least, clogged filters will make your furnace work harder and waste energy. At worse, it will cause "cycling," which can ruin the blower motor.
Cycling occurs when your furnace overheats. The furnace is equipped with a safety feature which automatically shuts it off when it gets too hot. Typically, overheating occurs when the furnace doesn't get enough air flow. Air flow can be hindered by a dirty filter or by furniture blocking return registers. After the furnace cools somewhat, it automatically turns back on. A minute or so later, it overheats and cuts off again. This on-and-off cycling is very hard on the motor. It will also usually limit the furnace's ability to heat the house on especially cold days. While traditional filters cost less than $2, there are many fancier filters on the market today that filter out enough particulate matter to help humans breathe better. In general, the more costly the filter, the more dust it snags out of the airstream. Costing anywhere from $7 to $100, sophisticated filters can pull out up to five times as much dust as a traditional filter.

Brandy and Flo Rida don't seem like a match but each are equally attractive people so I guess.

Casey Johnson lets us know that money doesn't mean a thing in your actions.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ASKING A GUY OUT...although there is this guy I've had my eye on. We caught eye some months ago. He even gave me his number but I was too scared to call. OH WELL!
