Justin Bieber plans to take a DNA test to prove he's not the father of Mariah Yeater's baby.

According to TMZ, Justin -- who's in Europe -- will take the test in two weeks when he returns to the U.S. And once he proves he is not the father, he's going to sue Yeater. Sources say Justin wants to send a message -- make false accusations against the Bieb and there will be consequences.

Justin addressed the paternity rumors on the Today show Friday. He said, "To set the record straight, none of it is true. I know I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim. It's crazy, because every night after the show I've gone right from the stage right to my car. So it's crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations."

More details have emerged about Yeater. Turns out the 20-year-old also accused her ex-boyfriend, John Terranova, of being the father of her baby. Later she was arrested for battery after allegedly slapping Terranova. He tells the New York Post, "I know it's not Justin Bieber... She just wants money. It's a scam."
