Texas Man Takes Legal Action Against STRIPPER!

You might think Robert Wallace is naive, but the 32-year-old Houston software developer insists that he had a relationship with a stripper named Nomi Mims, and now he's suing her in small claims court trying to get the gifts he gave her back.

Wallace gave Mims electronics, a credit card and even let her borrow his prized Harry Potter DVD collection. As he explains, "We were intimate and we were building a future together."

Mims, however, says that Wallace was just a friend and another customer and she has no plans to give him back anything.
