TERRENCE HOWARD: Judge Throws Out Spousal Support Agreement

After a lengthy battle in divorce court, a judge wound up siding with Terrence Howard.

The Empire star has been fighting ex-wife Michelle Ghent over the $5,800 in monthly spousal support he agreed to. Howard told the court that he was blackmailed and agreed to the terms under duress.

The judge acknowledged past domestic abuse allegations against the actor in explaining his verdict. He said, "Terrence is a bully but that doesn’t mean he can’t be bullied."

The new ruling means Howard and Ghent will have to return to family court to work out a new agreement. (TMZ)
