T.I. has just left prison for the halfway house to finish off his jail sentence, just a week after being sent back behind bars because he'd left -- and allegedly conducted business on -- a luxury bus with "unauthorized people." Tip was supposed to be freed on September 30th, but his lawyer attributes the early release to his legal follow-up.
The Kang will be released from the halfway house on September 29th and will be on probation for a year.
Ice-T recently had some not-so-nice things to say about Rick Ross and hip-hop in general. He tells VH1, "That's fake. Rick Ross stole [another man's] game. There's not a code of accountability in hip-hop. When I came out, if you said it, you had to be about it."
Ice-T doesn't like the glorification of drug dealing in rap songs. "When we rapped about dope -- me, Snoop and everybody -- it was like we [were] doing it because we [had] to. Now these [people are] acting like it's something that's fun."
