T-Boz opens up about living with Sickle Cell / Have You Heard of "Cheese Iced Tea"? You Will....

T-BOZ from TLC opens up about her rough battle with sickle-cell disease in her memoir, "A Sick Life: TLC 'n Me: Stories from On and Off the Stage". The book came out on Tuesday.

She was diagnosed with the blood disorder when she was only seven, and her doctor said she wouldn't live past 30. She's 47 now. She says, quote, "I have to worry about it every day of my life. You can be in so much pain you get delirious."

The hot new Iced Tea trend is called Cheese Team. Basically, it's a mix of powdered cheese and whipped cream on top of your iced tea.

That's right, I said whipped cheese. The drink started in Taiwan in 2010 and now it's made its way over here, at least in a few spots in New York and L.A. And it's just what it sounds like: A shop adds powdered cheese to whipped cream, then puts some of it on top of your iced tea.

And allegedly, cheese and tea are complimentary flavors, so it tastes good.

A bunch of bartenders listed the weirdest hangover cures they've heard of.

1. Chugging Gatorade instead of water . . . and mixing in some HORSERADISH.

2. Tripe soup . . . which involves the lining of a cow's STOMACH. Good luck choking THAT down when you're hung over.

(But if you want to try it, go to a Mexican restaurant and order a dish called "menudo." Yes, just like '80s boy band that gave us Ricky Martin. The soup is delicious. Though not as delicious as Ricky Martin.)

3. Three Aleves and a big glass of water before bed . . . then a beer RIGHT when wake up the next morning. That might just delay a hangover though, because the beer gets you buzzed again.

4. Shellfish broth, which is like chicken stock but made with seafood. And you're supposed to eat a hard-boiled egg with it.

5. A bartender who spent time in Puerto Rico claims there's an urban legend where you can prevent a hangover by rubbing lemons on your ARMPITS before you start drinking. (???)

6. Alka-Seltzer in coconut water. Which actually sounds half-decent compared to the other ones.
