So How Did Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj settle their Beef? By Watching Nicki's Sex Tape!!!

What finally made Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj let bygones be bygones? A sex tape. 

The new American Idol judges talked about their feud at the Television Critics Association's tour in Pasadena, California today (Tuesday). A reporter asked, "How did it get better between you two? Did you have a bottle of wine?" Nicki replied, "I put on my sex tape." (Rumors have spread that the rapper has a sex tape.) Mariah said, "And there it is... Time heals all wounds." To which, Minaj added, "And we watched my tape... We're professionals. Have you ever had an argument with someone you work with?"

The two women even managed to be civil to each other. Nicki said, "I say nice things about Mariah all the time. She's one of my favorite artists of all times. She's really shaped a generation of singers. To be on a panel with her, it's kind of crazy."

And Mariah said, "That was obviously a very sweet thing to say. Nicki and I worked together very early on in her career and did a song -- it's called 'Up Out My Face,' ironically. I did know, and feel, she was going to go very far."
