I WELCOME EVERYBODY! & BLESSINGS TO THE RADIO HOST! BUT, I LOVED THE MICHAEL BAISDEN SHOW!! I SUPPORTED HIM, AND STILL STAND BY HIS SIDE ON WHATEVER DECISIONS IN THE FUTURE! RESPECTFULLY, I WAS NOT FEELING THE NEW REPLACEMENT! I DON'T DISCRIMINATE ON NO ONE.. I GAVE THEM THE WHOLE HOURS OF THE  SHOW  TO ROCK IT & MAKE ME FEEL SOMETHING.. SORRY! I WASN'T, & IT'S NOT BECAUSE  I AM A FAN OF THE MICHAEL BAISDEN SHOW THAT, IT WAS MY CONCLUSION! MAYBE THEY'LL GET BETTER LATER, WHO KNOW'S.. THE BOTTOM LINE IS, TO GAIN THE RATINGS OF THE LISTERNER'S YOU HAVE TO BRING IT! IT IS WHAT IT IS! OR THE OTHER OPTION IS, POP IN A CD! MY THOUGHTS!

@Mozella - The bottom line is this.  A deal was offered to Michael Baisden and he didn't think that deal was worthy of his talents.  Sometimes things are really just that simple.  The two sides didn't agree and Michael thought it would be in his best interest to walk away from his radio show and pursue a better deal.  Once it got to that point, Cumulus decided to end the show right there.  That's happened to me in this business as well.  Hell, it's kind of standard procedure.  There is nothing sinister or evil at play.  If Michael had taken the deal, he'd be on the air right now.

I am not a Michael Baisden fan so I really hope Skip's show has a much better format than Michael Baisden.  I welcome Skip and Jasmine wholeheartedly.  I will say that I did love George Wilborn.  He was fuuny.  I am going to miss the battle between the guys and girls.  But I am very very happy about the change.

we will see how this pans out. I wish someone would be more forthcoming about what really happened to Michael Baisden. I know it's business but seems like it was something we the listeners would have been made aware of. I am in the newspaper business and I know you can be replaced in a moments notice.
