Since Russell and Kimora split the CASTLE....they had has finally been sold! I wish I could get that!!

Remember that over the top mansion that Russell Simons and Kimora used to live in -- well it finally sold. The couple put the 35,000 square foot mansion up for sale in 2007 when they split. Initially they were asking for $23 million. Well it took a while, but the home finally sold -- for $13 million.

GeezLouise, that's $10 million less than asking. That's gotta hurt.

In other news, DMX and his wife Tarsha have officially split.The couple had been on the outs for about a year. And during that time DMX not only got arrested about a dozen times, but he fathered a child by one of his jump-offs..

Usually we're sad when we hear about celebrity divorces. But in this case, we're just happy Tarsha got out of that mess.
