SHUTDOWN: Obama, Boehner Chat Then Trade Soundbites

For two parties who keep saying they're ready to negotiate, President Obama and congressional Republicans don't seem to be making much progress.
Tuesday afternoon, the President held a press conference in which he once again insisted that Congress pass a continuing resolution and a raising of the debt limit without any strings attached -- such as the de-funding of Obamacare.
