Should Vince Young Receive The Heisman Trophy now that Reggie Bush Has Forfeited The Award????

Reggie Bush has let his 2005 Heisman Trophy go! Vince Young was the Runner Up that year. Should Vince be awarded the trophy or should the Heisman people just let it go into a "nobody won" category for that year?

Vince has already expressed that he would accept the award since under the rules, he would've won if all of this were discovered in 2005.

I think the Heisman Committee should give the award to Vince Young and furthermore have Reggie Bush fly into Nashville to hand him the award in Titans Stadium on the 50 Yard line (but I am a little dramatic!)...
