SEAN PENN, CHARLIZE THERON: Cops Called During Their Morning Hike

Sean Penn and Charlize Theron's morning hike was ruined when the police were called on them.

According to TMZ, the trouble started Thursday while the couple was having a "sunrise picnic" at Vasquez Rocks in Santa Clarita, California. A female hiker barged in on the two when she heard Charlize's two-year-old son Jackson screaming. The woman, who had a camera, tried to approach the child while filming. Charlize told the woman to scram. She did but also called the police, claiming the stars had mistreated Jackson.

When the authorities arrived, they found no evidence of wrongdoing. Jackson just had a temper tantrum. No action will be taken against Sean or Charlize.
