Sean Paul Shuts Down Cardi B - Collabo...But Why?

If you had the chance to put out a track with one of the hottest artists around, would you pass it up? No? Well, Sean Paul did.

The dancehall star recently told the story of the Cardi B collab that almost came to be. He told Entertainment Tonight that he was given a demo featuring Cardi B. He says, “There was a production team that I worked with years ago that I left a demo with. Someone chopped up the song and put Cardi in it. I didn’t want...part of her song from some other thing with part of my song from some other thing so I stopped it from happening. I sent word to her saying that I want to work in the studio with her."
