Sean LEVERT's Widow settles with police/Snoop Dogg/Rihanna/Oprah

Sean Levert's widow has settled her $4 million lawsuit over her husband's 2008 death in an Ohio jail. The settlement contains no official admission of liability. Levert died six days after entering Cuyahoga County Jail in March 2008.

Rihanna is enjoying some off time in her native Barbados, where she was greeted by her mother at the airport on Wednesday.

Snoop Dogg -- who was recently cleared to enter England after a three-year ban -- has now been shut out of the Netherlands. Snoop was slated to play at the Parkpop festival in The Hague next weekend, but police and a group led by the mayor of the city are protesting the rapper's appearance.

Will-I-Am, BeBe and CeCe Winans and Oprah Winfrey are among the stars who'll receive stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year.
