Sean Kingston and his bodyguard are being sued by a guy who says he got sucker-punched during a game of pickup basketball at an L.A. gym. Allen Assil claims Kingston and his bodyguard were playing ball in an “overly aggressive and intimidating manner.” When he asked that they calm down, Kingston’s bodyguard punched Assil in the face and broke two bones. Kingston’s rep says the alleged bodyguard was never employed by Kingston and thinks the timing of the suit is odd, considering the statue of limitations runs out on Sunday.

The former assistant of Rihanna’s that allegedly created the rumors of her affair with Jay Z has come forward after being exposed in a New York Daily News report. Jonathan Hay says he was “blindsided” by the news coming out, which he says couldn’t have happened at a worse time for him. He says, “the PR stunt that I did was out of desperation to help break ‘Pon de Replay.’ It was reckless and I didn’t think it was going to work. I was just throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what would stick.”
