Drake and Makonnen had an awkward run-in at the VMAs. We don't know exactly what went down, but after the show wrapped, Makonnen tweeted Drake asking what was going on between the two of them and saying he hopes the two could talk and work things out. According to the now deleted tweets, the social media app was Makonnen’s only way to contact Drake.
