Producer Jazzy Pha is accused of screwing over a Georgia recording studio by refusing to pay $113,000 in recording costs. Patchwerk Studios won a judgement against Pha’s Sho’Nuff back in 2007, but Pha has managed to keep his assets away from the courts, withdrawing cash from a company bank account just before it was due to be garnished.
