In a brief Instagram clip, Lil Yachty teased a new song featuring production from Charlie Shuffler, with the caption “Lil Boat 2 on the way,” promising a sequel to his debut mixtape very soon.

Dallas-area rapper Taymor "Tay-K" McIntyre, best known for making his hit song “The Race” -- about being on the run from the law -- while he was actually on the run from the law, had a development in his legal case Wednesday. The 17-year-old rapper, who's charged with capital murder for a 2016 home invasion and is suspected in several other violent cases, will be tried as an adult.

DMX is done with house arrest and starting rehab. The troubled rapper says, “House arrest wasn’t working for me, so I made the decision to do something positive and better for myself.” He’s getting treatment for substance abuse at a facility in New England and has reportedly been making “great progress” with his recovery coach. He recently took a community outreach trip to a firehouse with his rehab group. And just because he’s in treatment doesn’t mean the grind stops.
