Another prison guard at New York's Rikers Island has been disciplined for making an unauthorized visit to Lil' Wayne, who's finishing a one-year sentence for weapons possession. Captain Raphael Collazzo was suspended without pay for 10 days for hanging in Weezy's isolation cell for 45 minutes. Wayne's in isolation because earlier this year he was caught with headphones and a charger for an MP3 player. Collazzo, a 20-year-veteran, isn't expected to face further discipline. Collazzo is at least the third Rikers Island guard to get into trouble for interactions with Lil' Wayne. In April, Amelia Negron was fired, and in September, Latanya Brown was accused of giving him preferential treatment. Lil' Wayne is expected to be released from prison next week. |
