Rihanna better have a lawyer

Rihanna has been hit with a theft charge -- by folks who say she stole the idea and melody of "B!tch Better Have My Money" from a lesser-known artist who released a similar tune last year.

Fans of the Houston-based rapper-singer Just Brittany are accusing RiRi of ripping off her expletive-filled mixtape track "Betta Have My Money" for the hit tune. Though the sentiment in the lyric isn't exactly new, the delivery is surprisingly similar in both songs, as is the hook -- which Rihanna paid Kanye West for.

Rihanna hasn't responded to the allegations, and Just Brittany herself hasn't mentioned RiRi on her frequently updated social media feeds. (The Fader)
