RICK ROSS: Will He Make Forbes This Year?

Rick Ross has never made the Top 10 of Forbes magazine's annual Hip-Hop Cash Kings list -- but in his mind he's always on top.

The Florida rapper tells the magazine, "I’m always top five. That’s in my mind." Asked to back up why he should be among such moguls as Diddy, Jay-Z and Dr. Dre, the self proclaimed boss responded, "I’m just giving you my guess. I don’t got no facts."

The 2014 Hip-Hop Cash Kings list will be revealed next week.
