Remember the Gay Rutgers Student that Killed Himself...?

The roommate of Tyler Clementi, the Rutgers freshmen who committed suicide in September, was indicted on hate-crime charges yesterday by a New Jersey grand jury.
Dharun Ravi is accused of using a webcam to broadcast Clementi's sexual encounter with another man over the Internet just days before he killed himself.
Ravi and another student were first charged with invasion of privacy, but now that he's accused of having anti-gay motives, he faces a potential sentence of at least five to 10 years in prison.
