RAY J: Quits Love & Hip Hop

Love and Hip Hop is known for drama, but this time it's happening off camera. Producers of the hit reality franchise are freaking out after one of the biggest stars, Ray J, has suddenly quit the show.

TMZ reports the reason the singer left is because the show's negativity and constant fighting are putting a strain on his relationship with Princess Love. In February, Princess was arrested for domestic battery after she roughed up Ray J in a hotel room, cracking his ribs, tearing his ACL and allegedly threatening to kill him. The fight is believed to have been spurred from a late night Ray had spent in a strip club with the show's producers.

Ray allegedly offered to stay, if all his scenes could be guaranteed to be uplifting and conflict-free, but when producers balked, he walked. Producers are planning to meet with the reality star on Wednesday in a last-ditch effort to get him back on board.

Quickies:

    The show definitely does it's best to create conflicts where they don't exist. Must be stressful on a relationship.

    Maybe a few more bucks per episode would lead him to reconsider.

    He must have done something at the strip club to warrant get whooped so bad.
