Kennyonline.NET is sad to report that former crosstown Morning Man - Doug Banks has passed away at age 57 after a lengthy battle with diabetes.

He was a direct and indirect mentor of MANY on today's Urban airwaves.

His intelligence, humor, and connection with the audience is what made him a favorite of listeners all over the country.

I still remember when he was taken off the air in Nashville and the listeners went NUTS!!!
