R. Kelly has been slapped with a lawsuit after allegedly pulling out of a concert next month in Dallas.

Darryl Austin says he hand delivered a $100,000 deposit to Kelly's team in January for him to headline the show. But according to TMZ, in February Kelly's rep claimed to know nothing about it and then returned the deposit $30,000 short.

In the suit, the promoter is asking for the Pied Piper to go through with the show or return the full deposit.

Quickies:

•           Let see if R Kelly can fly now.

•           If the promoter had done his homework, he would know that R. Kelly is not the most reliable performer in the world. No way should anyone agree to give him a $100,000 advance.

•           If Kelly did a tour, he'd make millions in minutes.

•           Something doesn't add up here. They said they had no knowledge of the booking, but then they returned some of the money.
