POOL PARTY COP: Texas Officer in Viral Video Has Resigned

The McKinney, Texas cop caught in a viral video throwing a 14-year-old girl in a bikini to the ground and pulling his gun on some other teens, has resigned.

After the video went viral of him over-aggressively dealing with black teens outside of a pool party on Friday, generating millions of views, Corporal Eric Casebolt was suspended on Sunday. Now he has resigned.

    After doing the wrong thing, Casebolt did the right thing by resigning.

    Policing is a tough job. It's not always easy to keep your cool and treat everyone fairly.

    While this incident was shocking and sad, at least no one was seriously injured or killed.
