Petty Story: Uncle Luke

LUTHER CAMPBELL from 2 LIVE CREW won't let his kids see "Star Wars", because he's still upset at George Lucas for suing him over 25 years ago.

Back in the '80s, Uncle Luke was a DJ, and he went by the name 'Luke Skywalker.'  He claims says it was inspired by New York Knicks star Kenny "Sky" Walker, NOT "Star Wars".

But George didn't see it that way, and sued him for $300 million.  After a brief fight, Luther agreed to settle for $300,000.  He now says, quote, "I like'Star Trek' . . . if you're a Trekkie, you sure don't love 'Star Wars'."
