PETITION: JAY Z AND BEYONCE: Please Comb Blue Ivy's Hair

We know Blue Ivy has great works of art and thousand-dollar drapes in her bedroom, but does she have properly moisturized hair? At least one person thinks not, and she's concerned enough that's she started a petition on Change.org to get Jay Z and Beyonce to do something about the two-year-old's situation.

Jasmine Toliver of Brooklyn, New York created the petition, which reads, "As a woman who understands the importance of hair care, it's disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture. The parents of Blue Ivy, Sean Carter A.K.A. Jay-Z and Beyoncé, have  failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy's hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls. Please let's get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy's hair."

So far, 250 people have signed the petition
