Peep This Right Quick (01-19-17): A College Class on Kanye West (This Isn't Helping)

1. DMX was on VH1's "Black Ink Crew" last night, and he was shown getting a tattoo on his THROAT. He wanted the word "Exodus" tatted, which is the name of his 15th child. Yes . . . his 15th. He's totally going Duggar on us.

The tattoo artist Ceaser Emanuel tried to tell him he wasn't drunk enough for a neck tattoo. But he didn't question what state of mind X was in when he conceived his 15th kid. (There's loosely-beeped profanity in this clip from the show.)

2. There's a college course on KANYE WEST at Washington University in St. Louis, and it's actually NOT about psychosis. It's called "The Politics of Kanye West: Black Genius and Sonic Aesthetics," and it began this week.

The class is full, and there's a waiting list to get in. The professor is a guy named Jeffrey McCune, and he says the course offers a way for students to "connect issues of politics, race, gender, sexuality, and culture."

(Dude, teaching a class about Kanye being a genius REALLY isn't helping.)

3. CHANCE THE RAPPER's brother Taylor Bennett turns 21 today . . . and yesterday he revealed that he's bisexual. Chance has his back . . . he Tweeted, quote, "Love this man, through any and all. He's grown into a great man. He's got God and me behind him, he cannot fail. He cannot fall."

Interesting Fact . . . Taylor was the guy Malia Obama was with when she was caught smoking a joint at Lollapalooza last year.

4.  The White House is not currently for sale, but if it was on the market, it would likely have a price tag just under $400 million.

Zillow, the online real estate database, has valued the 55,000 square foot home at about $398 million. The single family home features 16 bedrooms, 35 bathrooms, a gym, a pool and a tennis court. There's also a movie theater, a library, a bowling alley and a game room. It is also cable ready and has a pretty good home security system.

Zillow first started calculating the value of the White House in 2009 and it has gone up 15 percent over the past eight years.
