Out Of Bounds Re-Opened...But REALLY?
After a David County court hearing earlier this week the Out of Bounds Sports Bar will be allowed to Re-Open!!
Now before we start getting happy about this, read the story from Newschannel 5 about the conditions of the court order and why I say...Did they really grant them a Re-Instatement OR a restrictive noose to strangle the business to an economic self-induced closure.
I personally think Out-of-Bounds deserves a better ruling and only hope these conditions are only temporary...

I don't frequent Out of Bounds, but I have been there since moving here a couple months ago and I must add, without any problems, so my comment is strictly addressing the ruling as reported by News Channel 5...the restrictions are so severe that the business isn't geared toward adults and eventually Bound to fail! I'd be interested to know how complaints/police calls are handled with clubs and bars with majority white patronage. In the name of fairness, take the shackles off our feet and let us dance!

Why can't we open a nice club and keep it open, we open close and change the name again, nothing changes, still the same lowlife, that's why I don't go to black clubs here in this city.
