Kenny I would like to share an experience that I had today that was really sad and heartning. I was attending a training session to volunteer for an upcoming field trip for my daughter's 5th grade class at Margaret Allen. The training is for a great program at the Junior Achievement BizTown, which gives kids a learning opportunity on how to manage a checking and savings account while working in different jobs. The sad part is that I was the only Black father there and it was very disheartening seeing the faces of all of the white mothers and fathers in attendance. I just wanted to share this with all of the members and reiterate how important it is for black fathers to participate in our kids activities which will make a difference for their future. Black fathers of the Ville, we MUST do better and SOON, our kids lives depend on it. Thanks for the forum to express my opinions and experiences. Kenny keep doing your thang for the Ville. You definitely have my support. Peace
