NFL PLAYER: Fined $10,000 for Calling His Wife...Excessive?

NFL baller Troy Polamalu was injured recently in a football game, but when he went to call his wife, the league called a flag on his play. Troy was fined $10,000 for calling his loved one to tell her that he was alright because even though it was for the right reasons -- technically he used a cell phone during a game.
