If Nelly can keep his nose clean for the next year, a Tennessee judge has promised to make his recent drug charges vanish.
The St. Louis rapper was busted earlier this year when cops pulled over his tour bus and charged him with possession of pot and MDMA. The court agreed to a pre-trial diversion, also known as unsupervised probation. Basically, as long as he stays out of trouble with the law for a full year, the drug and paraphernalia charges are both erased. (TMZ)
Say Whaaaat:
First of all, being from St. Louis, HE should have known about 5-0 in that part of TN.
He had a clean record up until now so the judge was willing to show some leniency.
You guys need to have a Tour Bus and a "Party Car" riding ahead of you? Nothing should be on that tour bus but recording equipment and clothes...#IJS
What artist doesn’t have a few party supplies on their tour bus?
