NANCY GRACE: Another Defamation Lawsuit

CNN execs must be getting tired of this -- Nancy Grace is the target of another defamation lawsuit.

Early this year, Grace showed a picture of Benjamin Seibert on her show and labeled him the "Selfie Stalker." She was discussing a story in which an unnamed man broke into a woman's home in Colorado, and then Seibert's photo wound up on her phone. 

But it turned out that that Seibert was in California at the time of the incident and that the pic is simply from his Facebook page. Nobody can explain how it wound up on the woman's phone, but police have cleared him in the case.

Seibert is suing for at least $100,000 in damages.
