MORE Trouble For Chris Brown (Damn...Damn...Damn)

Chris Brown won't be kicking off his British tour tonight as planned -- that country's immigration office has denied him permission to enter the country because of his criminal record. An immigration official tells CNN, "We reserve the right to refuse entry to the U.K. to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offense. Public safety is one of our primary concerns."

Brown initially tweeted an apology to British fans, but that message has been removed from his Twitter account.
