MICHAEL JACKSON: Molestation Case Dismissed

A choreographer's molestation case against the estate of Michael Jackson has been dismissed after a judge ruled that he waited too long to file legal action.

Wade Robson sued the estate in 2013 alleging the late King of Pop molested him over a seven year period, even though he had previously denied being molested by Jackson and even testified in Jackson's defense in 2005. On Tuesday, a judge ruled that Robson's claim is untimely and should be dismissed. Robson's attorney says they will appeal the judge's ruling and pursue the molestation claim against Jackson's business entities. (Us Weekly)

Say What:

Robson spent years denying Jackson had molested him and then all of a sudden changed his tune to sue his estate. The judge made the right decision.

Robson appears to be trying anything he can to get some kind of settlement out of Jackson's estate.

Let the man rest in peace.
