MILEY CYRUS WAS JUST BEING SARCASTIC: REP

Miley Cyrus was just being a smart-aleck when said she was a stoner at her 19th birthday bash, her rep says.

Miley made the pothead comment when presented with a Bob Marley cake last week. But her flack tells Us Weekly, "It's all been taken out of context. The cake was a joke and Miley's response was intended to be sarcastic."

Kelly Osbourne, who threw the party for Miley, also said it was just a joke.
