On Thursday night's installment of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Miley Cyrus appeared -- wearing head-to-toe denim in a tribute to the departing host's favorite casual attire. When the subject of Justin Bieber's recent troubles came up, Cyrus, a former child star who has dealt with fame longer than Bieber, offered the following advice:
