When Meek Mill rented one of Beverly Hills most exclusive mansions for Grammy weekend, there was just one rule he had to agree to -- no parties.

Now the rapper is being sued for throwing a bash for 1,000 people, which wound up resulting in a fight and hundreds of guests spilling out all over the neighborhood. While the cops were called, nobody wound up getting charged, but that doesn't mean Meek's in the clear. The South Philly spitter was told by the landlord specifically "not to think about having the Grammy party," and included a provision in the lease that no more than six people were to be on the property.

The estate was allegedly left trashed with broken furniture, broken glass, destroyed landscaping and a broken trampoline. The management company is suing Meek for breaking the lease, damages and allowing approximately 1,000 trespassers on the property. (TMZ)
