Maxee of Brownstone dies in mysterious fall

Charmayne Maxwell, better known as Maxee, member of the Grammy-nominated ’90s R&B group Brownstone, died yesterday after a mysterious fall. She was 46.

According to TMZ, Maxwell was attending a soccer match in Denmark when the fall occurred. Although no further details about her demise have been released, early reports suggest that authorities are describing her death as an “accident.”

Maxwell is survived by her husband, Danish music producer Carsten Soulshock, and her young son. MTV
