While Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is notorious for not wanting to talk to the media, he has let his actions speak for him – both on the field and off of it.
It seems that after a recent game, Lynch walked into a McDonald’s and struck up a conversation with Terrance Downs, a 17-year-old employee who was mopping the floor.
Terrance complimented Marshawn on his shoes and explained that he wanted to buy a pair.
Marshawn asked Terrance about his education and what he wanted to do with his life. Downs said he liked fashion and hoped to own a store one day.
Then, Marshawn gave Terrance $500 for the shoes, and offered his wishes to see Terrance grow.
Terrance actually did go out and buy the shoes and hopes that he can do the same thing for someone else one day.
