Most guys want their fiancees to steer clear of exes, but not James Packer -- who said he'd marry Mariah Carey only if she made up with former hubby Nick Cannon.

Allegedly, the billionaire refused to put wedding plans in motion until Mimi mended fences with the father of her kids. A source tells the tabloid, “James is fed up with the endless bickering between Mariah and Nick. He wants a future with Mariah, but his wedding proposal was conditional on Mariah cleaning up her mess with Nick before they move forward with any wedding planning.”

BOW WOW: Retires From Rap
Shad Moss, better known as Bow Wow, announced his retirement from rap over the weekend.

Earlier this month, Moss embarked a tour in Australia. After performing at a club called Alumbra, Moss shared photos on social media with a message to his fans. At 29-years-old, he is hanging up the mic for good.

Moss told his three million followers on Twitter, "'Retirement only means that it is time for a new adventure'" over 10 million sold. This the last one. THANK YOU...I always said years ago I'd retire from music before 30. I just can’t see myself at 30 years old rapping. Made over 20 million off rap. Why be greedy? I'm good with everything I accomplished. I made it to the white house.”

It seems like there will be at least one more release before Bow Wow calls it quits. He posted on Instagram that his last album will be executive produced by Snoop Dogg and is going to be called NYLTH.

Bow Wow’s been having trouble getting buzz with his music for years now. The good news is, he’s carved out a nice career for himself as an actor and TV host.

Now he can focus on TV gigs, which he’s had more success with any way.

A lot of fans roasted Bow Wow by saying they thought he already retired almost a decade ago.
