A backstage source tells Britain's Sun that people who coughed up $1000 per person for the pre-show meet-ups got a list of rules that had to be  obeyed. The snitch says, “There were strict instructions for fans. No kissing, touching, grabbing or hugging Mariah. She was allowed to touch fans, but they were told by bodyguards they weren’t to touch her."

So far, nobody's crossed the line because they're just excited to meet Mariah. "But a few fans have been grumbling that it’s a bit unfair.”
